WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT?

Check-In time begins at 3:00 p.m. and Check-Out time is until 11:00 a.m.

CHECK-IN AND ACCESS INSTRUCTIONS

• Prior to arrival, guests must upload a photo ID to our Guest Portal to receive their room assignment and entry access codes. Our hotel features 24/7 remote guest assistance, allowing you to easily complete your self-check-in using the keypad codes provided to access the hotel and your unit.

For walk-ins be sure to have on hand:

• Identification Card (Driver License or Passport)

• Credit Card with a logo of Visa, MasterCard, Discover o American Express.

• Note: Please ensure your government-issued ID matches the name on the credit card on file.

Puerto Rico room tax 9%

IS THERE A HOLD IN MY CARD?

For your stay, a temporary $50.00 hold will be placed on your card for security and incidentals. As long as everything is in order at check-out, this hold will be fully released right away.

CAN I CHECK-IN LATE AT NIGHT?

Late Check-In are available. If you anticipate arriving after 11:00 PM, please contact us prior to your arrival at 787-200-8482 to make arrangements or email us at info@casacondadohotel.com.

IS EARLY CHECK-IN OR A LATE CHECK-OUT AVAILABLE?

Early Check-In or Late Check-Out are given upon availability.
